What we collect

The homepage Contact Us form collects your name, phone / WhatsApp number, optional email and message. General contact messages are sent through Web3Forms to ElectroLab's email inbox, not stored in our staff request system. Photos you send on WhatsApp are received through WhatsApp.

How it is used

We use general contact details to review and respond to your message. We use service request details to review your request, contact you and arrange or manage the requested repair, maintenance or upgrade service. We do not sell your information.

Requests sent from our request page

Requests sent from the request page are stored securely in ElectroLab's own system. They include your name, phone number and the details you write. New repair requests also require a service address and area; a location pin or map link is optional. Only the owner can see requests; if a request becomes a repair job, the technician assigned to that job sees the details needed for the work. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check on that page to stop spam. Limit counters use a scrambled code instead of your network address and are deleted after 2 days.

Service providers

General homepage contact messages are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to ElectroLab's email inbox and performs the hCaptcha security check. Requests from /request instead use our own system and Cloudflare Turnstile as described above. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp. These services handle your details under their own privacy terms.
